The Position
You will be an integral part of our team driving administrative projects and supporting leaders and project managers with a wide range of tasks such as:
- Arranging project meetings – including preparation of agendas, meeting minutes, slide decks and follow-up on actions.
- Managing calendars, schedules, organizing travel arrangements, and coordinating seminars.
- Serving as a proxy/delegate for managers in relevant IT systems.
- Arranging project events, and other related activities.
- Assist the project team with onboarding activities for new project members.
- Collaborating with stakeholders on annual processes, communication, meetings, and HR activities.
In addition to the primary responsibilities of the Project Coordinator role, you will also be responsible for providing support to both internal and external stakeholders. This includes participating in cross-functional tasks and processes within the department, as well as coordinating cross-functional activities to ensure optimal collaboration within the area. Your ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders will be crucial to the success of the projects you will be working on.
The primary workplace of this position is in Tietgenbyen, Odense.
Qualifications
We're seeking candidates with the following prerequisites:
- From 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role supporting complex projects with administrative tasks.
- A natural talent for working in different IT systems (e.g., Teams, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project). PowerBI experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge and understanding of project management, and the ability to collect and consolidate input and information from multiple resources into project documents and reports.
- Fluency in oral and written English and Danish.

You are not intimidated by obstacles that may arise, are always willing to take on new challenges and can effectively collaborate with leaders and project managers to achieve success. Furthermore, you are a natural problem-solver and thrive in a busy environment where you can work independently with a proactive approach.
You understand that good communication is a key to success with stakeholders and possess strong organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail is second nature to you, and you approach problem-solving proactively. You can manage deadlines and work with multiple and frequently changing priorities using good collaboration skills and a sense of humor. You are flexible and can work effectively in both project team(s) and management team settings.

You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 28,500 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology.
