The Position
At Novo Nordisk Site Tietgen in Odense, LEAN represents more than just a set of tools; it embodies a culture and mindset that are continuously evolving within our organization. As a new Lean Partner, you will become part of a group of LEAN partners supporting the area. Your primary responsibility will involve leading lean initiatives, enhancing the organization's lean maturity, and being primary driver of the Lean integration of our new site in Odense.

Your main tasks will include:
•    Implementing and enhancing lean systems or tools to address business challenges.
•    Ensure strong ownership of above systems in Line of Business, to secure proper sustainability.
•    Facilitating initiation and execution of problem solving and process mapping activities.
•    Driving LEAN initiatives, building robust processes and ensuring efficient communication between stakeholders.

Additionally, you will be part of a lean network across the business unit and will participate in cross-organizational lean projects.

 

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have: 
•    A strong LEAN toolbox and proven track record of delivering results within a manufacturing and a project environment.
•    A minimum of five years of relevant experience.
•    You have experience in implementing optimization projects and naturally involve and motivate your customers.
•    Excellent change management and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
•    Hands-on experience in improving and adapting lean tools and approaches to current business needs.
•    Full proficiency in spoken and written Danish and English.
As an individual, you are positive, collaborative and solution orientated, and you work systematically, logically, and proactively. You can interact and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, and you take pride in solving your tasks and challenges with close involvement of key stakeholders. On a personal level, you are a team player, but you are also comfortable working independently when coaching and challenging leaders. 

 

About the Department 

NN Odense is expanding capacity for Novo Nordisk and will soon start construction of a new modern warehouse. The purpose of the organisation is to secure products to market in 2027, and a modern and efficient warehouse is key to success. You will be part of a dedicated team working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to achieve our goals.

 

You will become part of the Operational Readiness department that ensures that our future operations is ready when the facility is. It covers different disciplines such as Training, QMS, Maintenance, LEAN, Ramp-Up, Standard Operations and more. The team you will be joining is called cLEAN, Ramp Up and Business Readiness. In this team there are currently additional LEAN partners, who you will be working closely with, and more will be hired in as we get closer to operations.
