The position
As the H&S Supporter at Novo Nordisk, your key responsibilities would include:
- Support processes to meet ISO45001 standards, ensuring audit and inspection readiness for both current projects and future sites.
- Collaborate effectively with health and safety partners to ensure compliance with forthcoming designs and initiatives.
- Assess and enhance health and safety practices across various tracks and projects regularly.
- Contribute actively to the HS SharePoint site by sharing updates and success stories that enhance organizational H&S culture.
- Prepare and present various reports on health and safety status for management and key stakeholders.
- Support and promote workplace ergonomics and health programs that foster employee well-being.
Qualifications
As our successful candidate, you have the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in health and safety support, with familiarity in governance, compliance audits, and safety regulations.
- Basic understanding of implementing health and safety requirements in project designs.
- Technical Proficiency: Maintain and troubleshoot H&S IT systems.
- Relevant experience within areas such as OHS (Arbejdsmiljø), health and safety advising, and production environments is preferred.
As a person, you have high attention to detail and you can ensure high-quality data and compliance with regulations. You communicate clearly and can provide guidance on health and safety policies. Also, you are able to resolve H&S compliance issues effectively.
About the Department
You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions, a newly established and growing area within CMC and Product Supply. Our team is responsible for designing, planning, and building major fill & finish expansion projects across Novo Nordisk. We are dedicated to serving the needs of millions of patients by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. With a global approach, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple sites and cultures across the world.
