You will be part of the Novo Nordisk Oceania (Australia and New Zealand), based in North Sydney, Australia.  This role requires the person in the office 5 days per week, and the role will be reporting to the People & Organization Senior Director.

 

The position
As Receptionist / Office Administrator at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Maintain office supplies, kitchen items and ensure the office and reception area are presentable.
  • Distribute incoming mail, notify employees of parcel deliveries, and manage outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Coordinate catering for meetings, events, and manage room/venue bookings for training.
  • Process invoices and contracts for multiple departments and order business cards and name badges for employees.
  • Organise service/maintenance for office equipment

 

Qualifications

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills across all levels.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively and independently
  • Excellent customer service skills and client focus, with strong computer literacy and keyboard skills – MS Office Suite.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
