The position

We are looking for a Field Sales Trainer to support executing development throughout the field force organization.

As Field Sales Trainer, you are responsible for identifying needs across teams, onboarding new hires, facilitating ongoing development, and measuring the impact. You will train and couch Filed Sales Managers, Key Account Managers, Key Account Specialists, Sales Representatives as well as create and implement of coaching field plan & annual training plan.

You will actively work with regional teams by conducting double visits, trainings, and workshop, as well as localizing global trainings. The Field Force Trainer records notes of visits and calls, including products discussed, key issues and concerns, and any other information that will ensure maximum effectiveness for future sales visits and calls. You will be a person, who develops new content and measures training efforts by proactively engaging with team leaders and internal subject matter experts.

  

Qualifications

You have academic degree, preferably Psychology, Medicine or Pharmaceutics. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the similar position, training, and coaching. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market. Experience of working as a Medical/Regional Representative will be an advantage.

You have an in-depth understanding of the role of the Field Sales Trainer

You can work with cross-functional stakeholders. You have excellent communication skills. You are driven, can take initiative, and are agile in actions. Your personality is aligned with our Novo Nordisk Way. You have at least intermediate level of English.

 

About the department

This position will be part of our People and Organization team and report to the People and Organization Director.

You will be responsible for the Ural, Siberia and Far East of the Russian Federation which requires frequent travelling activities.
