The Position
As Senior Market Development Manager – Sickle Cell Disease, you will be responsible for leading pre-launch and launch strategies to shape the SCD market in Brazil and ensure readiness for future therapies. You will engage with a wide range of stakeholders to address access barriers, build trust in the community, and position Novo Nordisk as a leader in rare haematological care. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, and Policy areas to ensure integrated SCD development strategies.
- Generating insights through data analysis, tracking market metrics, patient reach, and competitive intelligence to inform decision-making and drive patient-centric innovation.
