The Position

 

  • Identify and drive logistics optimization initiatives, including process revisions, developing new suppliers, and evaluating opportunities to optimize the distribution model with logistics operators.
  • Evaluate and implement technology solutions in the project to enhance efficiency and accuracy in intralogistics operations.
  • Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate operational risks and address operational challenges, with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate the project execution of intralogistics processes working actively.
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement projects in logistics to enhance efficiency, quality, and reduce costs related to transportation and warehousing, establishing operational performance KPIs.
  • Collaborate to ensure operational effectiveness, prioritizing safety, meeting deadlines, and maintaining service quality.
  • Ensure compliance and validation strategy with regulatory requirements thought Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in warehouse and logistics operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical or cold chain sector.
  • Good knowledge of the entire logistics process required.
  • Experience with automated logistics processes (Indústria 4.0) is highly desirable.
  • Be familiar with the requirements of regulatory agencies.
  • Experience in coordinating implementation projects for logistics center operations.
