We are looking for a talented and experienced Development Manager - PMO to join our dynamic team. This is a strategic role that will play a crucial part in defining and implementing organizational development initiatives that align our talents with the company's objectives. The Position

 

The position is based in Montes Claros, MG, hybrid model, and among the main responsibilities and duties are:

  • Creating and executing organizational development strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Conducting needs assessments and formulating leadership development programs.
  • Guiding organizational change processes, including restructurings and cultural transformation initiatives.
  • Monitoring the evolution of projects under team responsibility and managing the area's budget.
  • Implementing process improvement governance and conducting project governance with the company's senior management.
  • Providing tools and best practices to standardize and improve project execution across the organization.
  • Supporting project managers and ensuring project alignment with organizational objectives and strategies.
  • Collaborating with leaders from diverse departments to identify and address organizational needs.
  • Implementing and overseeing employee engagement programs and wellness initiatives.
  • Overseeing end-to-end management of organizational development projects, ensuring delivery within specified timelines and budget.
  • Leading, coaching, and empowering the project team to improve collaboration and performance, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Continuously following up on team progress and adjusting strategies as needed.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration or similar graduation. A postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Advanced/Fluent English (will be tested);
  • Ability with Excel (required) and Power Bi (desirable);
  • Solid experience in people management, project management and PMO;
  • Solid experience managing and developing people;
  • Interest and facility in working with data analysis;
  • It would be a plus to have experience in the pharmaceutical industry;
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders;
  • Knowledge of organizational change methodologies and leadership development practices;
  • Acting as a role model and a collaborative team player.
