Lean Specialist - Montes Claros (MG)

We are looking for a talented and experienced Lean Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a strategic role that will play a crucial part in defining and implementing organizational development initiatives that align our talents with the company's objectives. The Position

 

  • Maintain, create, and implement a Lean strategy for the area, being able to keep the focus on the strategy while dealing with an ever-changing scenario.
  • Train people so that they are able to map and optimize processes by applying the Lean method, proposing solutions oriented towards continuous improvement.
  • Create, drive, train, and monitor Lean initiatives.
  • Develop people to build a Lean Mindset and Culture in the area.
  • Responsible for coaching leaders and teams, engaging them in the Lean concept, tools, and methodologies.
  • Deploy global projects into local strategy.
  • Have good communication skills, allowing you to build relationships with different multicultural stakeholders.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
  • Black Belt certification.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in Lean concepts and tools, such as PDCA, A3, TPM, Kanban, Kaizen, 5S.
  • Ability to use statistical software such as Minitab.
  • Ability to coach and develop leaders.
  • Analytical thinking, able to challenge the status the processes and an innovative mindset.

 

It will be a plus if you also have:

 

  • Experience or certification in Project Management.
  • Master Black Belt Certification.
  • Coaching Certification.
