The position
As a Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) Manager at Novo Nordisk, your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) strategies to support market access and brand strategies.
- Analyse evidence needs and data gaps for submissions to health technology assessment (HTA) bodies and payers.
- Lead the adaptation and development of health economic models and dossiers tailored to Canadian stakeholders.
- Manage external vendors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality HEOR outputs.
- Design and execute real-world evidence (RWE) and outcomes research studies to support market access objectives.
- Prepare and publish manuscripts based on RWE and outcomes research findings.
- Present HEOR evidence to payers, HTA bodies, and advisory boards.
- Monitor developments in HEOR guidelines, payer practices, and competitor activities to inform strategies.
- Build and maintain a network of key external HEOR stakeholders.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in health economics, Outcomes Research, Science, Business Administration or similar
- Master’s Degree preferred
Work Experience:
- Minimum 3 years relevant pharmaceutical industry, payer or HTA agency experience
- Experience submitting health economics analyses to HTA agencies and payers or assessing health economic analyses at an HTA agency or payer
- Preferred experience in Canadian pharmaceutical payer environment, including public and private payers

Salary: For this role the Annual Base Salary ranges from $116,680.00 - $166,680.00
The placement in the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on your skills, competencies, knowledge and relevant experience match the position requirements
Incentives: Based on the role's level and other factors, the salary package may include short-term (STI) and/or long-term (LTI) incentives.
