This role provides critical support to both the People & Organization Team and the broader organization. More than an Analyst, this role serves as the backbone of the team—ensuring operational excellence, driving key initiatives, and enabling strategic decision-making.
The position
As an HR Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights. Develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards to inform strategic decisions.
- Maintain employee records, manage time and attendance, oversee onboarding processes, and administer the NNCI scholarship program.
- Ensure the integrity and compliance of HRIS systems while adhering to data privacy regulations.Collaborate with HR leadership to design and implement policies and initiatives that align with organizational goals, enhancing employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Assist in workforce planning by analyzing current workforce capabilities and predicting future needs based on organizational objectives and market trends.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who can bring the following to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related area (Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences). CHRP (Human Resources Designation) is an asset.
- 1–3 years’ experience in an administrative role (HR, Payroll, Finance)
- Strong work ethic with excellent organizational and time management skills; strong communication skills; excellent customer service skills and follow-ups; experience articulating insights drawn from data.

The department is responsible for a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, talent management, and organizational development.
