Are you the kind of HR leader who brings bold arguments to the table? If you thrive in complex stakeholder environments and have the emotional intelligence to push decisions forward while keeping people engaged, this is your next move.
Your new role
As a Senior HRBP in our Mexico affiliate, you will be a strategic counterpart to senior leaders – someone who earns a seat at the table through the strength of your arguments, the clarity of your thinking, and your ability to drive better decisions on talent, organisational structure, and culture.
In this role, you will:
- Challenge and advise senior leaders on critical decisions related to talent strategy, organisational design, and workforce planning – bringing data, insight, and independent judgment to every conversation.
- Drive cultural review initiatives and employee engagement programmes that strengthen the organisation from the inside out.
- Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes with assertiveness and diplomacy, ensuring the right conversations happen at the right time.
- Deliver direct, honest feedback to leaders at all levels, creating a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.
- Propose creative, evidence-based solutions to complex people challenges – from structural redesigns to succession planning.
- Build trusted relationships across the business, connecting authentically with people and acting as a bridge between strategy and the human experience.
- Champion organisational health by identifying emerging risks and opportunities before they reach the leadership agenda
Your new department
As a Senior HRBP within our Mexico affiliate, you will be embedded in a dynamic team of HR professionals who act as true strategic partners to the business. Our team is known for having the courage to challenge, the skill to influence, and the warmth to connect – ensuring that our people agenda is not just aligned with business strategy but actively shaping it.
Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for an experienced HR leader who combines strategic acumen with the courage to have the conversations others avoid. You bring:
- Significant experience as a senior HRBP or equivalent strategic HR role, ideally within a large, complex international organisation;
- Experience designing and driving engagement and culture initiatives that deliver measurable organisational impact;
- A relevant degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field;
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required;
- A proven track record of challenging senior leaders constructively – with strong argumentation, sound judgment, and high emotional intelligence;
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to deliver direct feedback, facilitate difficult conversations, and influence decision-making at the highest levels
- The ability to connect genuinely with people at all levels – building trust and credibility through authenticity, empathy, and a solutions-oriented mindset
