Are you ready to build a Real-World Evidence capability from the ground up and shape how data drives business impact in healthcare?

 

We are looking for a highly strategic and impact-driven professional to lead Real World Data & Evidence in Mexico, playing a key role in transforming insights into action and driving portfolio growth.

 

Your new department

You will be part of the Medical, Regulatory & Pharmacovigilance (MRPV) team in Mexico. This area plays a fundamental role in shaping the scientific and strategic direction of the organization, working closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Market Access teams to ensure strong alignment between evidence, innovation, and business objectives.

 

As part of MRPV, you will contribute to building a more data-driven organization, strengthening how evidence supports decision-making and how products create value in the real world.

 

Your new role

In this position, you will:

  • Lead the development and execution of Real-World Evidence (RWE) strategies aligned with business priorities
  • Identify evidence gaps and translate them into impactful study concepts
  • Design and oversee non-interventional studies leveraging real-world data
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Medical, Commercial, and Market Access teams
  • Manage external partners (e.g. CROs, vendors) to ensure high-quality execution
  • Translate evidence into actionable insights and communication strategies that drive business impact

 

Required skills & qualifications

  • Advanced degree (Master’s/PhD) in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health or a related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Real World Evidence, Real World Data, or Outcomes Research
  • Strong expertise in observational study design, methodology, and full study lifecycle (design, execution, dissemination)
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
  • Experience working in cross-functional, matrix environments with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication capabilities

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience in pharma, CRO, or health consulting
  • Track record in scientific publications
  • Exposure to external stakeholders (KOLs, regulators, payers)
  • Medical background is a strong plus
