Your new role
As a Consumer BI Coordinator within our Cardiometabolism Business Unit in Mexico, you will operate as an internal consultant – bridging the gap between data and decision-making. Your approach is built on a two-way dialogue: listening to your internal clients, sourcing insights from the market environment, and delivering recommendations grounded in evidence rather than assumptions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Analysing and correlating quantitative and qualitative information to generate meaningful business insights that guide commercial strategy.
- Monitoring the competitive and market landscape to bring relevant external intelligence into the organisation.
- Partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored, data-driven recommendations.
- Leveraging omnichannel data to understand how consumers interact with our brands across touchpoints.
- Integrating multiple data sources into cohesive narratives that inform business decisions.
- Supporting category and portfolio performance analysis to identify opportunities for growth within the cardiometabolism space.
Your new department
Within the Mexico Affiliate, the Business Insight team operates as an internal consultancy for the Cardiometabolism Business Unit. We combine market intelligence, consumer understanding, and analytical rigour to provide the recommendations that shape our commercial direction. Our team thrives on collaboration – listening first, then delivering insights that empower our stakeholders to make smarter, faster decisions.
Your skills & qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Actuarial Science, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field;
- Proven experience in Business Insights, Business Intelligence, Consumer Insights, Category Management, Trade Marketing Analytics, Commercial Analytics, or similar roles;
- Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, with the ability to integrate multiple sources of information and translate analysis into actionable business insights;
- Experience in omnichannel environments with a clear understanding of how consumers interact across channels;
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; fluency in English is required;
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus;
