Your new role

As a Consumer Acquisition Coordinator within the Cardiometabolic Marketing area, you will play a hands-on role in bringing consumer acquisition and retention campaigns to life – ensuring every initiative is executed with precision, informed by data, and aligned to our mission of reaching more patients than ever before.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Coordinating the end-to-end execution of targeted consumer acquisition and retention campaigns, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time
  • Monitoring campaign performance indicators and analyzing consumer and market data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization
  • Supporting audience segmentation strategies and A/B testing to refine targeting and improve engagement outcomes
  • Managing vendor coordination, budget tracking, and documentation to keep programs running efficiently and transparently
  • Facilitating cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign materials and required review processes are aligned
  • Compiling and delivering performance reports that enable data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement across acquisition programs

As one of two Consumer Acquisition Coordinators joining the team, you will be part of a collaborative group that values precision, curiosity, and a shared commitment to making a tangible difference for patients across the region.

 

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced marketing environment and is energized by turning data into action. To succeed in this role, you will bring:

 

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in consumer marketing, digital campaign coordination, or acquisition marketing – experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across functions and coordinating with external vendors or agency partners
  • Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish is required
