Your new role
As Lead Product Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our business growth in the Philippines, developing and executing the marketing roadmap that drives both commercial success and patient impact. You'll lead cross-functional collaboration across Medical, Sales, and Commercial Excellence teams, while steering your sales team toward ambitious targets in a dynamic, fast-paced market.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing the marketing roadmap for the business, evaluating opportunities and crafting strategies to achieve business goals while establishing methodologies to measure marketing plan success
- Steering the sales team toward achievement of topline sales figures and market share growth, regularly diagnosing territory performance to identify winning practices and development areas
- Interpreting the impact of business plans, competitor actions, and market conditions on financial forecasts, employing market surveillance strategies to stay ahead of competition
- Leading field implementation of marketing programs and tactics, championing a winning mindset in execution outcomes and rallying team performance across quantitative and qualitative metrics
- Building customer-centric relationships with clients and key stakeholders, stewarding superior therapy knowledge and product confidence within the sales team
- Ensuring strict adherence to business ethics, local law, and Novo Nordisk policies at all times.

Your skills & qualifications
We're seeking an accomplished Lead Product Manager with proven leadership experience in the ethical pharmaceutical industry. To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, Communications, or related field
- Prior experience with multinational pharmaceutical companies across Rx and OTC product portfolios, as well as FMCG environments is an advantage.
- Proven leadership experience in successfully leading sales teams within the ethical pharmaceutical industry, with an established track record of achieving financial targets
- Experience in driving insight-driven and patient-centric approaches, with deep knowledge of the current pharmaceutical and market situation
- Strong capabilities in orchestrating omnichannel and multichannel strategies to enhance customer engagement
- Excellence in cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to work effectively with Medical, Sales, and Commercial Excellence teams
- English proficiency, both written and spoken
- Commitment to business ethics and adherence to local law and company policies
