The Position


  • As a single contributor, you will join and contribute in achieving sales target as a whole, by efficiently and effectively promoting Novo Nordisk products to key industrial, hospitals and Local Government Unit (LGU) accounts. This position will be based in Metro Manila, covering the key cities nationwide, and will report to the Finance & Operations Director.


Nature and scope of Main accountabilities:


  • Liaise with external/internal stakeholders in the market in order to drive execution in particular with KOL, high prescribers, next generations, external professional organizations including patient association
  • Lead KAM, sales, marketing and medical teams in analyzing information, prioritizing opportunities, resources critical to an account and Creating a robust roadmap for the launch of New product with practical application
  • Evaluating and modifying commercial actions, brand plan and leading execution to achieve sales target and open accounts
  • Territory planning and reporting, effort analysis and return on investment analysis
  • Analyse and diagnose accounts, make and execute account plan while managing the territory budget
  • Work according to Business Ethics procedures, local law, NNWay and NN policies, quality standards & guidelines


Purpose and subject of interaction with internal/external customers and key contacts

  • Build effective relationships with assigned accounts
  • Provide customers with information on our products, devices and indications and ensure consistent follow up
  • Participate in and contribute effectively to regional meetings, national conferences and other NN meetings in addition to the cross-functional collaboration

Challenges with regard to innovation and change

  • Liaising with colleagues including Sales, Marketing, Market Access and CMR to maximise the sales of NN products
  • Organising (educational) customer events and ensure follow up




  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Preferably with background in pharmaceutical selling
  • At least 2 years of key account management experience
  • A strong will to win and has a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales
  • Knowledge and experience of the disease area would be an additional advantage
  • Preferable with knowledge and experience of the local healthcare landscape and customers
  • Mobile
