The position

As the Key Account Manager, you will contribute to achieving the sales targets of your area and Novo Nordisk Philippines by efficiently and effectively promoting Novo Nordisk products to HIG channels, and by engaging with purchasers, business owners, etc. The role will also liaise with Sales, Marketing, Market Access Public Affairs (MAPA), HR & Admin, Finance, Quality, Clinical, Medical, Regulatory and Pharmacovigilance (CMRPV), Commercial Excellence (CE), as well as key external stakeholders such as hospitals, industrial, sub-distributor and government accounts. Other role expectations are as follows but is not limited to:

  • Achieve and report on sales targets consistently.
  • Plan and study territory activities for effectiveness and ROI.
  • Provide market and competitor assessments and feedback.
  • Manage territory administration including expenses and reporting.
  • Ensure account sales through customized planning and execution.

 

Qualifications

  • College graduate preferably Science related course is required.
  • Must have relevant experience preferably with background in pharmaceutical selling, and/or Key Account Management.
  • Must have the ability to set ambitious goals to influence strategies, objectives, and outcomes. Prioritize and dare to make logical choices, even when faced with trade-offs between 'good enough' and 'perfect’.
  • Must have good written and verbal communications skills.
