The Position

As a HR Business Partner in the Swedish affiliate, you will be offered an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic organisation with the mission to make a difference for patients in Sweden. Your main responsibilities will be to collaborate with our managers in different functions and support on day-to-day challenges and being a part of identifying solutions both on an operational and strategic level. You will be part of creating business results by coaching, sparring, and discussing HR, business, and organisational challenges, while executing the yearly HR processes.

 

As HR Business Partner, your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Secure that line managers are aligned and up to date with relevant Novo Nordisk leadership and people management guidelines and processes.
  • Running cyclic HR processes such as compensation processes, organisational development, talent and succession plans, performance management together with the line managers.
  • Secure high-quality recruitments, together with the hiring managers and the recruitment team.
  • Provide tools and secure people development, together with line managers. 
  • Provide effective HR services to employees regarding their employment.
  • Secure quality and maintenance of HR data in our systems (SAP HR and SuccessFactors), in cooperation with our global shared services functions.

 

The main workplace will be our office, with the flexibility to work from home. Our office is located in Malmö, Sweden.

 

About you

Qualifications:

  • You hold a relevant academic degree within human resource management, psychology or similar. Alternatively, you could also bring with you extensive practical HR BP experience.
  • At least several years’ experience of HR processes on a yearly basis. You have knowledge and experience in the major HR processes, such as recruitment, organisational development, compensation and benefits etc.
  • It is an advantage to be fluent in Swedish Labour law
  • You have excellent English written and spoken language skills.  Knowledge of Swedish language high desirable

 

 As a person:

  • You have strong interpersonal and coaching skills, including the ability to build solid relationships. 
  • You work well under tight deadlines, have good coordination skills as well as maintaining a good overview.
  • You have excellent collaboration skills and work well both independently and as a team player.
  • You have a one-team approach and “all hands-on deck” mentality.

Our Swedish affiliate consists of app. 109 employees across sales, marketing, customer engagement, clinical development centre, medical and other functions.

 

As HR Business Partner you will be a part of the P&O team consisting of three people - the P&O Director, one HR coordinator and a P&O and Management Assistant and you will report directly to P&O Director.

 

We also have Business Coordination reporting to the P&O director with a team of 4 people including the Head of Business Coordination.
