About the Department

Anchored in our Global Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence (Global TA CoE), our high-performing TA team from Europe consists of 12 dedicated TA professionals spread all across Europe. Being anchored in the Global TA CoE, means that you will join a global team of functional subject matter experts and will therefore be able to tap into global TA best practice, which you will then be able to apply locally in Germany and Austria.


The position

As one of our TA Partners you will be responsible for delivering a smooth and professional hiring manager and candidate experience on recruitments at all levels across Germany and Austria. This will give you the opportunity to collaborate with our People & Organisation team and business leaders across functions. You will be reporting to Head of Talent Acqusition EMEA team.

As such, you will:

  • be one of the two TA subject matter experts in the region, advising our hiring managers in all matters related to recruitment – from recruitment strategy design to successful completion of recruitments;
  • be responsible for understanding the talent needs of the business and converting them into effective talent strategies;
  • In addition, you will be responsible for facilitating the recruitment process by conducting candidate assessments and business cases when applicable also ensuring that the recruitment process is executed according to the standard global recruitment process;
  • drive the Employer Branding activities in the countries;
  • implement innovative digital recruitment practices by using various social media platforms also as carry out TA related activities such graduate recruitment activities, students and university relations.



As a person you are ambitious, proactive and have strong stakeholder and project management skills with a proven track record of influencing with an inclusive style and ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You have professional and personal impact that is reflected in your desire to take initiative with a keenness to consider diverse perspectives and try proactive and innovative ways of doing things. You are an outgoing person with a strong personal drive and dedication. Strong work ethic and thrive in a busy environment with a can-do attitude.


You also have:

  • an academic degree within HR or a related field
  • at least 4-5 years of experience from a similar TA role in a global company.
  • experience with Employer Branding activities and effective usage of social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Xing
  • strong communication and presentation skills, fluency in English and German is a must
  • ideally experience from an RPO supported recruitment delivery model
