The position

You will focus on designing learning formats based on the business strategy (e.g., Field Force Customer Engagement) in line with departmental requirements. You will work closely with Learning and Development stakeholders from other regions to ensure a close exchange on the required frontline skills across the organisation.

You will be responsible for developing and adapting regional and global training programmes (such as multi-channel approach), taking into account change management aspects.

 

More specifically the role entails:

  • Development of the annual frontline training plan for the Germany region for all frontline positions (e.g., sales in all business units, medical, market access), including involved back-office teams.
  • Leading cross-functional working groups
  • Independent planning, communication, and follow-up of all training activities
  • Design and implementation of trainings in close cooperation with internal stakeholders and external providers
  • Design and implement the onboarding programme for all new Novo Nordisk employees (external and internal).

 

Qualifications

  • University degree in psychology or humanities or comparable education with in-depth HR knowledge
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR training and development or adult education as a certified trainer/coach in a pharmaceutical environment, ideally in international companies.
  • Experience working with different human resources functions and managers is desirable
  • Ideally experience in the commercial sector
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
