The position 

  

In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing and enhancing our supply chain projects, ensuring they align with our operational and financial goals. Your ability to plan, coordinate, and communicate effectively with stakeholders will be essential as you drive innovation and change management initiatives across the organization.  

 

Key responsibilities:   

 

  • Operational and Financial Oversight: Manage the financial aspects of supply chain projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis, while ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints. 

 

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, coordinating resources and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables. 

 

  • Stakeholder Management and Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams, providing transparent communication about project updates, risks, and resolutions. 

 

  • Monitoring and Progress Assessment: Continuously monitor project progress, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions to maintain momentum and success. 

 

  • Innovation and Change Management: Lead initiatives that foster a culture of lean thinking and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for efficiency enhancements and facilitating the implementation of lean methodologies across supply chain processes. 

 

 

 

Qualifications 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field required; MBA preferred. 

  • 5-7 years of experience in supply project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. 

  • Fluent in Spanish and English. 

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex supply chain projects. 

  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis. 

  • Effective stakeholder management with a focus on understanding needs and ensuring alignment. 

  • Proficient in analytical thinking to evaluate data and optimize supply chain processes. 

  • Excellent communication skills to convey insights and foster collaboration across teams.
