Your new role
Your main purpose will be to enable scientific dialogue with Health Care Professionals (HCP) as the preferred partner in haemophilia to maximise sales, and to identify business opportunities for Novo Nordisk’s rare blood disorders products through the management and control of the key accounts assigned.
You will be promoting and maximising the Rare Blood Disorders sales in the assigned territory, developing long term business relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying customer-centric engagement strategies.
Some of your responsibilities will be to:
- Planning and developing partnership agreements with the Key Opinion Leaders and influencers.
- Ability to interpret clinical data and translate it into clear, practice-relevant messages
- Strategic thinking and territory planning skills; ability to develop and execute business plans
- Provide quality medical and scientific support to internal & external stakeholders.
- In collaboration with Regional Market Access, stablish negotiation process at hospital and/or regional level to assure Novo Nordisk’s products availability.

Your skills and qualifications
To succeed in this role, you bring a strong mix of commercial, scientific and stakeholder management capabilities, combined with a genuine passion for improving patients’ lives. We expect you to have:
- At least 4 years commercial experience or in a medical field role within the pharmaceutical industry. Experience in Hospital Key Account Management is required for this role.
- Experience in Haemophilia, Rare Blood Diseases or related areas.
- Strong communication skills with full fluency in Spanish. English fluency is a plus
- A degree in life sciences is desirable
- Willing to travel (60%)

You are a creative thinker striving for both pragmatic and innovative solutions, and you are passionate about making a difference for patients. You also have the ability to lead cross functional teams in designing and implementing project plans.

- Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 56,640.00 y 99,120.00 EUR, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience. - Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
