As a Brand Manager at Novo Nordisk Spain, you will shape and execute impactful brand strategies, working cross‑functionally to drive sustainable growth and improved outcomes for people living with diabetes. Your new role
As Brand Manager, you will be accountable for the development and execution of strategic and tactical brand plans to achieve business objectives at national level. You will lead brand performance by translating insights into strong plans and ensuring excellent cross‑functional execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving brand strategy aligned with business objectives, based on market trends, competitive landscape and customer insights.
- Developing and executing integrated brand plans, including messaging, promotional materials and omnichannel tactics across digital and face‑to‑face channels.
- Ensuring strong cross‑functional collaboration with sales, business intelligence, medical, legal and other key stakeholders to deliver flawless execution.
- Managing the marketing budget for the assigned brand, optimising resource allocation and maximising return on investment.
- Monitoring market performance and adapting plans in response to changing market, customer and competitive dynamics.
Your new department

As Brand Manager in Novo Nordisk Spain affiliate, you will work in cross-functional collaboration with several local business units (Medical Affairs, Customer Engagement, Sales, Market Access...) as well as international colleagues. Your skills and qualifications
To succeed in this role, you are expected to bring both strategic mindset and executional excellence. We expect you to have:
- A university degree Life Science, business, Marketing or related field
- At least 3 years of experience as Brand Manager / Product Manager / Marketing within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Proven experience in product marketing, with exposure to product launches and omnichannel marketing.
- Experience in the diabetes therapeutic area is an advantage.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders, work cross‑functionally and communicate with impact.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.

- Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 69,080 to 115360 EUR, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience. - Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short‑term and/or long‑term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
