Your new role

As a Utilities Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring stable, compliant and efficient operation of our GxP facilities while contributing to major expansion and construction projects. Your responsibilities will be split between daily operations and long-term development initiatives.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring, maintaining and optimising utilities and facility systems to ensure compliance and high availability
  • Troubleshooting BMS-related issues and handling alarms from FMS during daytime operations
  • Managing deviations, change requests and updates to SOPs using a structured and systematic approach
  • Participating in cross-functional project groups focusing on new cooling and ventilation solutions
  • Driving parts of technical specifications, qualification and validation of new utilities and facility installations

 

Your new department

You will join Clinical Supplies Packaging & Shipping (CSPS), which is responsible for secondary packaging and global distribution of clinical trial medication. The department consists of approximately 100 employees across seven teams.

 

CSPS operates a complex facility setup including automated and manual packaging lines in classified CNC areas, critical ambient and cold storage warehouses, freezers and a shipping area with temperature and humidity monitoring. The department is currently undergoing a major capacity expansion, including a new warehouse facility and the addition of an extra automated packaging line, where you will have direct technical impact.  

 

Your skills and qualifications

We imagine that you:

  • Hold a degree as an Engineer, Marine Engineer (Maskinmester) or similar relevant technical education
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or food industry, working in a production environment
  • Bring hands-on experience with qualification and validation of production and warehouse facilities
  • Have strong communication skills in both Danish and English, written and spoken
  • Are a proactive team player who works independently, thrives in a dynamic environment and approaches new tasks with flexibility and structure

 

Experience with SAP and an electrical authorisation is considered an advantage.

Salary:
For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 570,200.00 kr. to 838,100.00 kr. (DK) corresponding to the level of the position.

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
