The position
As a Training Professional, you will play a central role in ensuring effective, efficient, and compliant training and competence development, aligned to the business area and delivered in close collaboration with management, key stakeholders, and line of business.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Performing evaluation of training effectiveness and analysing business challenges in terms of training, competence development, or performance support
- Identifying needs for optimization and improvement in training setups both locally and across the entire area
- Proactively rolling out and anchoring training-related improvement projects (e.g. new standards, systems), while securing local buy-in and engagement
- Providing support in ensuring necessary training is identified and assigned just in time
Finally, with a focus on specific business needs and challenges, you will be able to design and develop targeted training solutions that effectively address competence gaps and elevate training standards across the organisation.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate could be either experienced or newly educated, the most important is that you have a continuous improvement mindset.
To succeed in this role, we imagine you:
- Hold an academic degree in psychology, human resources management, learning & development, or another relevant field
- Demonstrate strong communication, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Possess experience and “confidence” and as trainer and facilitator, ideally with knowledge in adult learning principles to create training solutions
- Proven experience in project management
Showcase full proficiency in both spoken and written English
Experience with LEAN principles and a continuous improvement mindset will be seen as an advantage, as will a background in planning and executing training projects and designing effective training solutions.
Additionally, proficiency in Danish would be considered as another plus.

About the Department
As part of the Novo Nordisk Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT) organisation, CMC Product and Process Development makes a real difference for patients with chronic diseases across the world. We develop, manufacture, and distribute drug candidates for clinical trials and have a strong culture with a “can do” mind-set
You will join a newly established team within Oral Product Development (OPDev) Project Office in Chemistry, Manufacturing and controls (CMC). Our growing team, Quality Management Systems, Training, and Health & Safety plays an central role in supporting the rest of OPDev, ensuring high quality, a safe work environment and a continuously improving training setup, to ensure optimized daily processes.
