Process Supporter - Standardization and Optimisation in Supply Chain

Then you could be the Process Supporter we are looking for to join our Emerging Technologies (ET) Supply Chain Team.

 

The position
As Process Supporter in our area, you will collaborate with stakeholders, such as Supply Chain Planners, Project Managers and Specialists, to name only a few. Your will be responsible for standardizing our process and anchor standards in our training system. 
You will be assisting the department in:  
•    Systematic problem solving (A3) facilitation, handling of deviations and change control requests, writing, updating, and improving standard operating procedures (SOP).
•    Identifying and implementing optimization and standardization opportunities to improve both on-boarding and training efficiency in strong collaboration with our central training organization.
•    Ensuring a continuous focus on timely completion of training and quality actions.
•    Interacting with your supply chain colleagues to learn their processes and help identify critical tasks/processes that requires extra attention.
 
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
•    Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in engineering or any other relevant field.
•    Have a minimum 5 years of experience working with quality, systematic problem solving, and deviation handling.
•    Demonstrate an investigative and analytical approach to problems, and you strive to see them first-hand so you get a clear understanding of how competence development can contribute to the solution.
•    Ability to identify improvement opportunities and execute projects independently and proactively.
•    Proficiency in both written and spoken English. Proficiency in Danish is an advantage.

About the department 
You will be working in a dynamic Supply Chain department, residing in the ET Business Development & Support unit. We consist of two teams with 16 dedicated colleagues. The team’s primary objective is to deliver products to our patients with right quality and at the right time, as well as, ensuring we are forefront with the capacity in order to meet future patients demand. 
ET is a growing area in Product Supply, Quality & IT, responsible for the production of all tablet-based products at Novo Nordisk. 
Our department is currently located in Måløv, Denmark, with plans of moving to the new Novo Nordisk site in Taastrup, Denmark, in September 2024.
