Do you enjoy working with problem-solving and technical challenges? Are you good at using data to find the best solutions? About the department

Some of the responsibilities in the department (not only our team) are: Upscaling of new tablet products from R&D, optimisation of existing manufacturing processes of tablets (Life Cycles Management), delivering tablets to clinical trials in phase 3, expert support to the production supporters, project management, product stability and authority registrations.

The department is a part of Product Supply (PS).

The Job

Through this position in MDev you will be on top of our oral tablet production processes in close cooperation with the production. You will understand the documentation behind our approved product. And you will drive improvements, optimizations and ensure operational stability of our production processes of the production equipment. You will be:

  • Ready to support the production in critical cases with short notice
  • A driver of continuous optimization of already approved products - also called Life Cycle Management (LCM)
  • Working in close cooperation with the product specialists
  • Using data and your analytical skills to find the best solutions
  • Using your experience from other tablet productions to improve our quality, output and cost
  • Part of the ongoing documentation to the authorities and inspections by the authorities

If you show the right experience, we would like to offer you a position in which you will have a high impact on our oral tablets in a great team with high level of cooperation and a good work environment.

Qualifications

You hold a Master of Science and/or a PhD within pharmacy, engineering or similar. You have experience in the pharmaceutical industry, GMP-rules and minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar positions. You know how to collect and evaluate production process data. You understand the process behind tablet production and how changes in the production equipment or equipment settings will affect the final product. You have already shown good results with LCM before.

You naturally take the initiative and contribute with your knowledge. You thrive in a fast-paced work environment, and you bring a can-do spirit and a healthy sense of humour to your work. You are a flexible and change-oriented person who sees opportunities rather than limitations in challenging situations. You enjoy working with documentations and collaborating with other departments such as Regulatory affairs and Quality control. You are thorough when required and are a team player that contributes to tasks outside of your scope when your colleagues need help. We expect you to have good communication and presentation skills.

Lastly, you must be fluent in both written and spoken English and preferably also Danish.
