The position
In Novo Nordisk R&ED, we are well on our way to bringing foundation models to early drug research, so we are looking for a senior, technical Product Manager who will:
- Take ownership of the product roadmap and prioritisation, covering the full lifecycle of technical AI products, developed both by the AI product team and from ongoing collaborations.
- Oversee key GenAI & foundation models’ initiatives from a technical product development standpoint.
- Align direction and roadmaps with our stakeholders’ areas.
- Proactively engage with AI teams across the Novo Nordisk value chain and represent the R&ED viewpoint and agenda.
- Actively seek opportunities for collaboration and further development of our product offering.
The position is available in Måløv/Hellerup (Denmark), or London (United Kingdom).
Qualifications
To thrive and succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
- Proven experience in product management, particularly in AI or ML-related fields
- Experience from working in innovation space and background in computational biology, bioinformatics, or data science.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to prioritise and align product roadmaps.
Further, it is an advantage if you bring experience and knowledge within:
- GenAI and foundation models.
- Practices and processes of drug discovery or design, either from pharma, biotech or academia.
As a person, you:
- Have a strong drive, are confident in taking initiative, and show a proactive, innovative mindset
- Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Are a good team player, and consistently engage in constructive collaborations

The AI products team within AI & Digital Research operates in Måløv/Hellerup (Denmark) and London (UK). The team accelerates the development and automation of ML processes and provides reliable AI engineering products used in early drug discovery.
