Your new role

As Senior Digital Strategy Partner, you will operate at the interface between senior leadership and operational teams, ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into impactful execution. You will take ownership of high-priority initiatives and drive them forward in a global fast-paced, complex environment.

 

Moreover, your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Lead high-impact R&D projects
  • Drive complex, long-term programmes across R&D, including collaborations with external partners and technology leaders
  • Act as a trusted advisor and “translator” between senior stakeholders (EVP/SVP level) and operational teams
  • Navigate a highly complex stakeholder landscape, aligning diverse perspectives and enabling execution
  • Operate with a high degree of independence, managing ambiguity and delivering results at pace

 

Your new department

You will join AI & Digital Innovation, a key area within Research & Development focused on accelerating innovation through advanced digital and AI capabilities. As part of the AI Execution team, you will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure that strategic initiatives are effectively executed and deliver measurable value.

The team operates in a high-demand environment with significant growth potential, playing a critical role in shaping how digital and AI are embedded across the organisation.

 

Your skills and qualifications

We are looking for a rare “hybrid” profile combining science, digital understanding, and strong business acumen.

  • Advanced degree (PhD or Master’s preferred) in life sciences, with a solid scientific foundation (e.g. biology, chemistry, clinical)
  • +6 years of experience driving high impact projects, ideally combining life sciences with consulting, strategy, or digital/AI exposure
  • Solid understanding of digitalisation and/or AI 
  • Proven experience of robust business acumen 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are required 
  • Fluency in written and spoken English 

 

As a person, you are highly adaptable, curious, humble and self-driven. You are a quick learner with the ability to interact and build trust with multiple stakeholders across levels and disciplines.

What we offer

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 742,600.00 to 1,091,600.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.

 

Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
