About the job

As QA, you will have an exciting and challenging business day and close collaboration with your colleagues identifying and contributing to the strengthening of our stakeholders’ compliance level.

 

You will be responsible for verifying quality of our Oral Finished Products production both daily operations and projects incl. deviation handling, validation documentation, thereby confirming our products are manufactured according to requirements. You will be present on shop floor and ensure continues improvements in collaboration with stakeholders and your colleagues across the department.

 

Responsibility, accountability and agility are key ingredients in the team, and we strive to continuously learn and improve our own processes through problem solving, LEAN methodologies and digitalisation. You also contribute to finding solutions for ad hoc questions and challenges within compliance of cGMP facilities.

 

You have a risk-based approach and you contribute to find the right balance between patient safety, compliance to requirements and effective business conduct.

Ideally, you have an academic degree within Pharmacy, Engineering, Master of Science or equivalent. Preferably, you have 1-3 years of related work experience in QA, GMP production or with validation/qualification together with the right quality mindset, interest, and flair for digitalisation, quite adaptable, curios and a quick learner.

 

It is important that you thrive in a role where you are required to make independent decisions and being part of improving our high standards, including ensuring that the ways of working are challenged appropriately. You are good in keeping deadlines and you are capable of prioritizing between different tasks - also in a busy environment where priorities quickly can change. 

 

We operate in an international company and the position therefore requires proficiency in English and Danish.
