The Position

As a Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind some of the most exciting investment projects in the pharma industry. From optimizing, automating & scaling processes to introducing cutting-edge technologies to our laboratories.

 

As our business area growing, you will also have the opportunity to manage facility projects, bringing your skills as a project manager to a whole new level.

 

One of our key contributors for a robust future is to create and free-up capacity within our operational areas.

 

The main tasks will be to:

  • Work collaboratively across functions with large amount of stakeholders, Line of Business and vendors to coordinate, execute and implement projects

  • Have the ownership for the development and delivery of complete project management tool box

  • Show a broad LEAN mindset by moving close to Line of Business to understand and challenge the processes

  • Seek new ways of working by simplifying and improving the processes

  • Incorporate automation, technology, capacity increase and quality mindset in each steps

 

Your role will be to ensure that every project is executed flawlessly - on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be following the Novo Nordisk Project Execution Model (PEM), using data-driven risk assessments and alternative project paths to help make informed decisions.

 

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • A master’s degree in engineering, life sciences or similar

  • Experience in a similar role of project management

  • Experience with agile and sprint development methodologies and project management

  • Experience in pharma industry, compliance or GMP

  • Good communication skills in Danish and English

 

As a person you are team-oriented and passionate about leadership. You are self-driven, proactive and responsible, always able to operate with frequent changes. You are willing to bring your thoughts out in the open, creating a healthy discussion, and at the same time, setting a direction.

 

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with different layer of stakeholders, and open to give and receive feedback. You have strong problem-solving skills and attention to details, and the ability to lead and coach stakeholders by providing guidance and support as needed.

The department Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC Data), Technology & IT is part of the Novo Nordisk Product Supply family, and you will be able to use your skills and talent not only in our department, but across the entire field.
