The Position
We are looking for a technically skilled and energetic Project Manager to join our team of specialists and project managers and take up a key role in SDF DK HRT and PO (Solid Dosage Form Hormone Therapy and Project Office) - Qualification, Validation & PM team.
SDF DK is in constant motion and every week includes new challenges and needs, new initiatives and projects. For the coming years the activities are a boiling mix of development studies, validation- and improvements as well as commercial production and strategic initiatives needed to support our ca-pacity journey the coming years.
You will work with stakeholders and collaborate with management, coordinators, and specialists to ensure the direction and ambition of PO are realized. You will also act as a project manager responsi-ble for leading your own projects.
Among other tasks, you will be responsible for:
- Overall project management of new and existing projects variating in size.
- Sparring and close collaboration with the PO Management team to secure that we deliver on the ambitions of the PO.
- Facilitate and drive workshops related to delivering on the strategic goals of the department.
Qualification, Validation & PM team consist of 11 colleagues within a variety of skillset and knowledge areas in roles as project managers, sr. professionals and area specialists.
Qualifications
We are still establishing many critical roles and functions in the area and the PO is one of them. This means you will be able to impact the frames of the role, but it also requires an independent and can-do attitude.
To succeed in this role, you:
- Have a technical academic degree and a proven track record within Project Management preferably in a regulated industry.
- Have strong communication skills and are not afraid to actively reach out and connect with colleagues.
- Are good at setting direction and drive meetings, reach agreements and alignment and place the responsibilities where they belong.
- Are ready to join a strategic environment where the coming years will contain adventures and challenges and difficult prioritisations.

About the department
SDF DK is organizationally located in Product Supply and is steadily growing to support the demands of the market. We are approx. 500 committed colleagues in Måløv split between two buildings, and we have great ambitions for the future!
In our department we already have approx. 100 employees onboard and we are driven by a patient-focused purpose with an engaging and warm work environment where we welcome new competen-cies and personalities.
