As a Project Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind the seamless execution of process optimization projects, ensuring our tablet products meet the quality and innovation standards that patients across the globe rely on.


The position
As a Project Coordinator your primary role will be
•    Maintain a comprehensive project overview, reporting on progress and coordinating with stakeholders to meet deadlines and objectives.
•    Facilitate the execution of optimization projects, from scoping to implementation, for our tablet manufacturing processes.
•    Engage with working groups and coordination committees as needed.
•    Drive standardization and simplification of workflows and project management practices.
•    Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on processes.

 

You will collaborate directly with our project office, where you'll have the opportunity to enhance your skills and develop a comprehensive project management toolbox, setting the stage for career advancement and professional growth.
 

Qualifications
•    A holder of a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
•    A professional with 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or management, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry, another highly regulated industry or the military.
•    An excellent communicator with a high level of proficiency in English (both oral and written).
•    Experience in stakeholder’s management.
•    Proficient with Microsoft Project and PowerPoint (beneficial).

 

About the department
You will be part of a ~60 strong department of dedicated professionals and contribute to a rapidly expanding portfolio of treatments in Hormone Replacement Therapy, diabetes, and obesity. You will join department based in Måløv, and we will be reallocating in autumn 2024 to Taastrup. You will work in an agile environment that values innovation and market leadership, be a part of and have a key role in building the new process optimization team in our department.
