Process supporter with drive to tablet production in Oral Finished Products

 

In Oral Finished Products (OFP), we set ourselves the ambitious goal of being the first on the market with a tablet containing a GLP-1 based drug. An ambitious goal that has been achieved as the product has gained approval in several markets worldwide. With this ground-breaking tablet, Rybelsus®, we are extremely proud that we finally offer patients with type 2 diabetes an alternative to the injectable preparations.

The job

 

You will be part of a newly established process support team, and your primary focus will be support on the line where you will be co-responsible for one of our sub-processes. This involves, among other things, building the SOP structure, solving emerging challenges on the line, deviation management, complaints and change requests. You will be involved in building and maintaining a high level of quality, where we use LEAN tools to ensure that we systematically solve our problems with a lasting and well-thought-through solution.

 

You will have a versatile working day with different types of tasks, where there are both short and long deadlines. In the job, you will have a wide range of stakeholders and therefore good collaboration skills are essential for the position.

 

Qualifications

 

You have a relevant academic background such as engineer, pharmacist, chemist or similar scientific / technical education. It is an advantage if you also have experience from a GMP-regulated production environment. Danish and English communication skills are a must.

 

As a person, you have a high-quality mindset, meet your deadlines and with your structured approach to your tasks you maintain an overview - even in a changing environment where priorities can change quickly. Personal drive, energy and a positive attitude are essential. These competencies are necessary in a production where working hours in periods can change and the pace is high.

 

About the department

 

OFP C2 bulk production consists of approx. 50 dedicated employees split in 3 different teams working in and around the tablet production. The position is in C2 bulk proces support, where we focus on support to the production for the market, ramp-up and optimization of our processes in close collaboration with the other teams in the Bulk area.

 

In OFP, we make a great effort to ensure that you as a new employee get the best possible start in your new job. You will therefore spend the first few days with other new employees, where you will jointly go through an exciting introductory course. The area manager will welcome you, and a colleague from your own team will act as a mentor and review your individual training plan.
