You will help keep oral production moving by solving practical problems close to the line, supporting deviations, and strengthening everyday GMP processes. This role exists because the team needs more hands-on support capacity: someone who can take ownership, prioritise several tasks at once, move things forward, and help ensure that production issues are handled with quality, pace, and pragmatic judgement.

What you’ll bring

• An academic degree within Engineering, Natural Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or another relevant field.
• Hands-on experience from a GMP-regulated environment, or strong motivation and ability to build your career in GMP production support.
• Understanding of documentation, deviation handling, quality requirements, and compliant ways of working.
• The ability to handle several tasks in parallel while keeping overview, quality, and momentum.
• A proactive working style where you take ownership, reach out to stakeholders, and follow tasks through to completion.
• Confidence to work close to production, speak with colleagues on the shop floor, and get the information needed to solve problems.
• A pragmatic quality mindset: you understand when something requires deep investigation, and when a compliant, practical solution is enough.
• Fluency in Danish or the ability to work effectively in a Danish-speaking production environment.

Useful, but not essential:

• Experience with oral production, powder processes, granulation, tableting, packaging, deviation writing, production support, process support, or Novo Nordisk systems.
• Experience with digital tools or curiosity about using AI-enabled tools to support documentation, problem solving, or ways of working.

You may be early in your career or bring several years of experience. What matters most is that you have the drive, responsibility, and learning mindset to become effective in a busy production support environment.

What you’ll do

• Support daily production and help ensure stable flow across oral manufacturing processes.
• Handle and support deviations, problem solving, and GMP documentation.
• Work with instructions, logbooks, local processes, and practical improvements that make daily operations more robust.
• Take ownership of defined tasks and ensure they are moved forward towards deadlines.
• Prioritise between several ongoing tasks without losing sight of quality or compliance.
• Go close to the production lines to understand issues, collect input, and support practical solutions.
• Collaborate with Production, QA, and other support functions to align on the right way forward.
• Help identify where processes can be simplified, clarified, or improved without making tasks bigger than necessary.
• Contribute to campaign preparation and process support as your knowledge of the area develops.

Who you’ll work with

You will join our process support team within oral production. The team supports process-related activities across several production steps and works closely with colleagues in production, QA, and other support functions.

Your daily work will be close to the production environment, where you will help solve issues, follow up on deviations, update documentation, and support colleagues in moving tasks forward. The team has high professional standards and a strong focus on quality but also needs people who can create progress in a busy environment where priorities can shift.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 651,000.00 to 956,900.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
