Are you motivated by being close to operations and making a tangible impact on daily warehouse performance? As Process Supporter in Måløv, you will play a key role in ensuring stable, compliant and efficient warehouse operations supporting tablet production. This is a hands‑on role where GMP knowledge, structure and collaboration make a real difference.

Your new role

As Process Supporter, you will support and strengthen daily warehouse operations across two buildings in Måløv, working closely with operators and team leads on the shopfloor. You will help ensure stable processes in a growing and increasingly complex production environment while driving continuous improvement and GMP compliance.

Your key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting daily warehouse operations by handling deviations, solving operational issues and securing process stability on the shopfloor
  • Driving Change Requests (CRs), updating SOPs and job instructions, and contributing to high‑quality documentation
  • Participating in audits and inspections, including preparation of documentation and presentation of process insights
  • Optimising workflows and supporting future capacity through continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborating closely with Production, QA, QC, Technical Support and Business Support to ensure alignment and compliance

The role requires physical presence on‑site, as close collaboration with operators and warehouse teams is essential.

Your new department

You will join ET SDF DK, supporting warehouse operations for tablet production in Måløv. The team consists of 10 colleagues supporting two warehouse buildings and covering deviations, Change Requests, audits and daily operational support. The team is in a growth phase and relatively inexperienced, making your structure, GMP understanding and ability to guide others highly valued.

Your skills and qualifications

To succeed in this role, you combine GMP experience with a pragmatic, collaborative and hands‑on mindset.
We expect you to have:
  • A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • At least 2 years of experience working with GMP in a production environment (warehouse experience is an advantage but not required)
  • Experience handling deviations and Change Requests
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel, quality systems (e.g. Quality Docs, Q‑Tracker) and collaboration tools such as Teams
  • Fluency in Danish and English

You work in a structured and proactive manner, communicate clearly across functions and thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities may change. You are comfortable being present on the shopfloor and building trust through respectful and solution‑oriented dialogue.
