Process Supporter

Your new role
- Supporting daily warehouse operations by handling deviations, solving operational issues and securing process stability on the shopfloor
- Driving Change Requests (CRs), updating SOPs and job instructions, and contributing to high‑quality documentation
- Participating in audits and inspections, including preparation of documentation and presentation of process insights
- Optimising workflows and supporting future capacity through continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborating closely with Production, QA, QC, Technical Support and Business Support to ensure alignment and compliance
Your new department
Your skills and qualifications
- A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree
- At least 2 years of experience working with GMP in a production environment (warehouse experience is an advantage but not required)
- Experience handling deviations and Change Requests
- Strong IT skills, including Excel, quality systems (e.g. Quality Docs, Q‑Tracker) and collaboration tools such as Teams
- Fluency in Danish and English
