Process Supporter
Måløv, Capital Region of Denmark, DK
Are you ready to make a real impact on the daily warehouse operations that support tablet production in Måløv? As our new Process Supporter, you will drive stability, quality and continuous improvement on the shopfloor while supporting an expanding production area. Join a team where your GMP knowledge and problem‑solving skills truly matter.
Your new role
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring stable, compliant and efficient warehouse operations across both warehouse buildings in Måløv. You will work closely with operators and team leads on the shopfloor to ensure that daily processes run smoothly while supporting an area with significant growth and an increasingly complex setup.
You will:
- Support daily warehouse operations by solving issues, handling deviations and maintaining stable processes.
- Drive and write Change Requests (CRs), update SOPs and job instructions, and support quality documentation.
- Participate in audits and inspections, including preparing documentation and presenting process insights.
- Optimise workflows and processes to secure future capacity and support a strong operational flow.
- Work closely with production, QC, QA, Technical Support and Business Support to ensure alignment and compliance.
This role requires physical presence on-site, as you will be collaborating directly with operators and the warehouse team.
Your new department
You will become part of ET SDF DK, supporting the warehouse operations for the tablet production in Måløv. The department consists of 10 colleagues: four based in Warehouse C and three currently in F1 — with the team growing to four. The team supports both buildings, handles deviations, writes CRs, attends audits and ensures robust warehouse operations. The team is relatively inexperienced, so your knowledge, structure and ability to guide others will be highly valued.
Your skills and qualifications
To succeed in this role, you bring both solid GMP experience and a collaborative, hands‑on mindset.
We expect you to have:
- A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience with GMP and production — not necessarily warehouse production, but from a similar role where compliance and operations meet.
- Experience working with deviations and Change Requests (CRs).
- Strong IT competencies including Excel, quality systems (e.g., Quality Docs, Q‑Tracker) and collaboration tools like Teams.
- Fluency in Danish and English
In this role, personal skills matter as much as technical competencies. We are looking for someone who brings a structured and proactive mindset, and who thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift. You are comfortable being present on the shopfloor and build trust through clear, respectful communication with colleagues across functions.
