This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment with a strong collaborative culture. This position is a 12-month maternity cover.
Your new role
As a Process Supporter, you will be part of a dedicated process support team working closely with production on the shop floor. You will take co-responsibility for a sub-process and contribute to ensuring stable, compliant, and efficient production.
Your key responsibilities include:

- Driving and participating in systematic problem-solving and inspections
- Supporting and leading improvement and innovation projects within the department
- Ensuring high quality standards using LEAN tools and structured problem-solving
- Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across production and support functions

- Have experience in a GMP-regulated production environment (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder collaboration skills
- Are structured, quality-focused, and able to manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment
