The position 

As inspection coordinator you will be coordinating, supporting, and managing authority inspections in Emerging Technologies in DK in close cooperation with our experts, QMS coordinators, and managers. This role requires an approachable and dynamic individual who can support the organization and Inspection team to ensure seamless execution before, during, and after the inspection. 

To excel in this role, you will need to possess a curious and highly self-driven mindset, allowing you to gain a comprehensive understanding of our area and processes. This knowledge will enable you to effectively support your colleagues and authorities throughout the inspection process. Additionally, you will be expected to cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as GMP-coordinators, specialists, and leaders. You will work closely with one dedicated and highly competent colleague (having responsibility for audits).  

 

Your main responsibilities will include: 

•    Coordinating and arranging planning, document collection, follow up, and status related to inspections. 

•    Managing the back office during inspection. This includes ensuring a good flow of documents in and out of the inspection room, follow up on new requests from authorities, and ensuring sufficient and effective communication between the inspection room and the relevant stakeholders in the organization.  

•    Coordinating the distribution of observations after the inspection and following up on status.  

•    Conducting inspection trainings and ensuring a high degree of inspection readiness in ET  

•    Being a part of Novo Nordisk inspection network and supporting on continuous improvements of the processes 

 

Due to the fluctuating number of inspections and associated tasks, the position allows flexibility for additional responsibilities. As the new Inspection Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to influence the nature of these supplementary tasks. 

Our department is scheduled to move to new office buildings in Taastrup in September 2024. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Hold a master’s degree in life sciences or another relevant field 

  • It will be an advantage if you have strong experience within the Pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Quality Assurance or as a QMS coordinator. 

  • Possess strong experience in coordination and stakeholder management 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills 

  • Experience with internal audits and authority inspections  

  • Fluent in Danish and English

About the department 

Emerging Technologies QA is an area of three departments, where you will support the two Danish departments of approximately 80 skilled and motivated colleagues. We work with assuring quality and compliance of the facilities, the equipment, QC lab, manufacturing development, as well the as release of tablets for the market. We are proud to work in a fast-growing and ambitious part of Novo Nordisk. 

You will be part of the Quality Support team which provides support across the departments within different areas such as training and project management.
