The position 
As our new colleague, your days will be highly varied. As IT is an integral part of our production. You will be part of the equipment support team in the HRT bulk production area for securing stable performance for a variety of equipment in the tablet production. 
 
Among your main responsibilities as an IT System Responsible, you will: 
•    Maintain, run and optimize one or more GxP critical IT systems, which are used for pharmaceutical production 
•    Fault finding on equipment and IT systems 
•    Optimize, maintain and validate the equipment and IT systems 
•    Be responsible for specific equipment and ensure that it is ready for production  
•    Handle incidents, change requests, deviations, periodic reports and projects 
 
To keep production running and stops low, we handle most equipment and IT problems internally. It is expected that you can find and correct problems on equipment and IT to a large extend. 
Your expertise will be needed for systematic problem solving – ensuring that we find the correct root cause on which we can base corrective and preventive measures. At other times, optimizations and projects will be your focus – making sure that we will be able to meet the growing demands of the future. 
In Oral Finished Products (OFP), we make a great effort to ensure that you as a new employee get the best possible start in your new job. Therefore, you will go through an exciting introductory course and a colleague from your own team will act as a mentor and review your individual training plan. 
 

Qualifications 
As our work is carried out and documented in accordance with GMP regulations, a systematic approach and a strong quality mindset is expected. 
To be successful in this role, you have: 
•    Proven IT skills needed for management, operation and upgrade of the equipment systems 
•    A large general knowledge about IT. Problem solving various IT equipment. 
•    Understanding of production equipment and IT-PLC interaction. 
•    A scientific background, a Bachelor or Master’s degree in IT, Prod. Management, Cand. Scient or similar, but over all a curiosity for pharmaceutical production. 
•    Good Danish and English language skills. 
 
If you are newly graduated (or in the process of finishing your thesis) you are welcome to apply, but you should be curious to learn and prepared for a steep learning curve. 
Experience in working with change requests, requirement specifications, validation and test, as well as deviations will be an advantage.  
You will work closely with different professional groups, so good collaboration and communication skills are highly valued. On a personal level, you are result-oriented, good at planning and you take pride in driving tasks forward and meeting deadlines. We also emphasize that you are a team-player with a good sense of humour and that you can motivate others around you, as our team we prioritize a social and relaxed atmosphere.  
 
About the department 
The vacant position as IT System Responsible is part of a team which today have the responsibility for tablet production, where we focus on production for the market and optimization of our processes in close collaboration with the other teams in the tablet production area.
