The position
As IT System Administrator, you will ensure IT security and data integrity by working in accordance with Novo Nordisk procedures and external guidelines for Computer Systems Validation, supporting and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the departments IT and production equipment, including troubleshooting, user evaluations, SLA maintenance, as well as managing the role of administrator on our computerized systems.
We are continuously streamlining our processes, and you will play an integral role in innovative and technical projects in close cooperation with line managers and international suppliers.
As we have a great focus on IT compliance, documentation tasks are a significant part of your work, and you will also take part on authority inspections.
You will maintain and develop our existing IT infrastructure including firewalls and wireless networks.
You will join our technical support team of 11 dedicated engineers and technicians who daily ensure that the production systems run optimally and that we always work according to the applicable requirements. Our experienced IT engineers will ensure a smooth onboarding and support for their new colleague.
You will periodically be on call on weekdays.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you:
- preferably have an educational background within IT, engineering or other relevant
- have several years’ experience with developing and/or maintaining IT systems
- preferably have gained experience withing the pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industry
- ideally have experience with resolving technical issues in Windows 10
- are fully proficient in both English and Danish

About the department
Oral Finished Product – Hormone Replacement Theraphy Packaging, located in Måløv, is the production facility where we assemble and pack all our Hormone Replacement Therapy products such as Vagifem®, Activelle® and other tablet dispenser products. Our responsibility is to ensure the supply of these products to all our markets worldwide.
We are around 90 people in our department, organised in 1 production, and 3 support teams working with technical services and process support.
IT and automation are integrated in all our equipment, furthermore, we are on an innovation and digitalisation journey to enable deeper insights and optimisation of our processes and performance.
