The Position

In this position you will be responsible for:  

  • IT system administration (upkeep/ configuration/ operations connected with user management, patching and general life cycle management)
  • Optimising IT operations and collaborating in digitization projects 
  • Ensuring that equipment and facilities are in compliance with GMP and GSP in areas of responsibilities 
  • Delivering documents and tasks according to plan and current requirements 
  • Ensuring and maintaining “license to operate” 



As a perfect candidate you have:

  • A technician background/BA as a plus
  • At least one year of experience with IT Systems (could be from interns/graduates’ programmes, study projects)
  • Windows 10, Active Directory, general networking knowledge and practical experience
  • MS SQL – as a plus


On a personal level, you have:

  • Quality, result-oriented mindset 
  • Ability to focus on details and structure them
  • Good communication skills – You are a good team player
  • Ability to keep things simple, stay responsible and realistic


About the department

As part of Novo Nordisk’s R&D family, Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) Development makes a real difference for patients with chronic diseases across the world. We develop and formulate all new protein and peptide processes coming out of our research units in our pilot plants, ensuring that we bring best-in-class treatments to the market. The Oral Protein Formulation (OPF) is an area within CMC Development, which employs approximately 160 highly skilled people organised in four departments and is based in Måløv. Our focus is to develop and manufacture solid dose tablets for pre-clinical and clinical trial phases I and II covering a broad and exciting range of process technologies for solid dosage forms.
