Your new role
As an HR Business Partner supporting two Vice Presidents in the early part of Research, you will act as a trusted strategic advisor to two highly engaged Leadership Teams with a diverse group of senior leaders heading up complex areas in R&D. Your main responsibilities include:

- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to convey a clear message and influence senior leaders
- Ability to navigate uncertainty and ambiguity while maintaining accountability
- Fluency in English, written and oral
- Leadership Experience, exposure to the pharmaceutical industry and experience from working with R&D will be an advantage.
