Novo Nordisk is seeking an experienced Equipment Responsible to support the production, implement, optimize, and set the direction for new tablet production equipment in the Oral Finished Products department. The position
As our new Equipment Responsible, you will be part of the Cleaning and Environmental support team, responsible for cleaning equipment designed to clean all equipment used for production i.e. washing machines. Initially your main focus will be establishing robust equipment for our new production equipment preparing it for GMP production. Eventually as the equipment transitions into daily production, focus will be on driving continuous improvement projects, validating new or modified equipment and handling incidents in the production.

You will be responsible for carrying out daily tasks that include:

  • Daily production support
  • Daily problem solving
  • Optimization projects
  • Validation activities
  • Change requests
  • Deviations

Sometimes, your expertise will be needed for problem solving – facilitating the systematic root cause finding by means of LEAN, such that we can implement corrective and preventive measures. At other times, driving optimizations and projects will be your focus – making sure that we will be able to meet the growing demands of the future while keeping our production up to date.


Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a science or a technical background, at bachelor level or higher, and have a curiosity for technical documentation. As our work is carried out and documented in accordance with GMP regulations, a systematic approach and a strong quality mindset is expected.

 

To be successful in the role we expect you to:

  • Be experienced in equipment validation in a GMP environment
  • Have experience in working with change requests, deviations and other GMP tasks related to production equipment
  • Be experienced in leading complex problem solving related to equipment issues
  • Be able to independently drive equipment related projects from idea to implementation
  • Thrive in a position where you are the subject matter expert and can influence and set the direction for our production equipment
  • Be motivated to assist less experienced colleagues in GMP related tasks
  • Good collaboration and communication skills in both Danish and English are essential

On a personal level you are result-oriented, good at planning, and you take pride in driving tasks forward and meeting deadlines. We also emphasize that you are a team-player who can motivate the people around you.


About the department
Oral Finished Products is organizationally located in Product Supply, which globally employs approx. 14,000 of Novo Nordisk more than 43,000 employees. In Oral Finished Products, we are steadily growing and at present we are approximately 900 committed colleagues in Måløv. We have great ambitions for the future, and we are working hard to get our new product successfully distributed to the market. Oral Finished Products Production consists of two 2 areas: Bulk Tablet Production and Pack. The vacant position as Equipment Responsible for cleaning equipment is in Oral Finished Products Bulk Production however the team also is responsible for supporting cleaning processes in Pack. In Oral Finished Products Bulk Production we focus on tablet production for the market, ramp-up and optimization of our processes in close collaboration with the other teams in the Bulk area.
