The Position

We are seeking a new colleague in Finished Product (FP) to join our Equipment Support team in supporting our packaging line in Måløv. You will become part of a stimulating workplace with exciting tasks, committed colleagues, and high standards. While securing daily operations is our top priority, we are continuously working on improvements to enhance our performance.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting production workers and technicians in ensuring stable production with high-capacity utilization of our packaging line.

• Maintaining the validated condition of the line and ensuring compliance.

• Engaging in systematic problem-solving to ensure that corrective actions prevent recurring issues.

• Making continuous improvements to ensure readiness for future needs.

• Working closely with other Equipment Responsible personnel and disciplines across teams and backgrounds.

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you have

• A degree with a technical background, e.g., mechanical engineer, maskinmester, or another relevant field.

• Experience in the automation of production equipment within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred, but we are also open to candidates with experience from other controlled production environments.

• Experience with qualification, validation, packaging machines, and vision equipment will be considered an advantage.

• Interest in working with operations, qualification, and a systematic problem-solving approach to improve a high-tech packaging line, addressing capacity challenges.

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written; a good command of Danish is also preferable.

About the Department 

You will join the Finished Product Packaging department in Måløv, which comprises approximately 100 employees across 7 teams. We manage the packaging process within our production area. With lofty ambitions for the future, we are diligently working to successfully introduce our new next-generation tablet to the market and ensure steady output of the current tablet.
