Your new role
As a Digital Product Manager, you will:
• Ensure strategic alignment with the overall product vision, objectives, and roadmap to drive team performance
• Apply evidence‑informed discovery processes to validate user and business problems as well as potential solutions
• Define and monitor key product metrics and the team backlog to measure progress and guide future product decisions
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to align on priorities, manage trade‑offs, and ensure continuous value realisation
• Stay up to date on digital product trends and technologies to enhance ways of working and maintain a competitive edge
While the role does not include people‑leadership responsibilities, you will provide functional leadership for your products. This is an onsite position, based in Måløv, Denmark.
Your new department
You will join Targets, part of the Targets & Orchestration team within the Research Digital Products area in ADI. We are a dedicated group of product managers and directors supporting early discovery projects and scientific areas. Our focus spans omics and genetics applications, high‑content imaging for target discovery, and knowledge‑management tools for R&D. We work closely with our users, maintain a strong strategic mindset, and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment where science and technology meet.
Your skills & qualifications
We’re looking for someone who brings a strong blend of scientific or business foundations and hands‑on product experience. Ideally, you recognise yourself in the following:
- MSc or PhD in a relevant scientific field (e.g., bioinformatics, molecular biology, biophysics) or a business‑related discipline
- Proven experience in developing digital product solutions
- Strong experience managing complex stakeholder landscapes, preferably within a regulated industry such as pharma
- Experience with product‑management frameworks and principles such as the decision stack, OKRs, and RICE
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and digital collaboration platforms
- Fluent in written and spoken English
As a person, you build strong cross‑functional collaboration and naturally guide teams to take ownership of their outcomes. You communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders and genuinely enjoy working with people and maintaining frequent communication. You are organised, able to manage multiple tasks effectively, and remain calm under pressure while aligning stakeholders with confidence. You bring curiosity, a growth mindset, and a willingness to learn in areas where you may not yet have deep experience.
