Cleaning validation professional for tablet production

Our department, OFP Bulk Production in Måløv, is now looking for a cleaning validation professional who will join this journey.

 

About the department

OFP is organizationally located in Product Supply, which globally employs approx. 14,000 of Novo Nordisk more than 43,000 employees. In OFP, we are steadily growing and at present we are approximately 550 committed colleagues in Måløv. We have great ambitions for the future and we are working hard to get our new product successfully distributed to the market.

OFP Production consists of approx. 230 dedicated employees in 2 areas; Bulk Tablet Production and Pack. The vacant position as Cleaning validation professional is in OFP Bulk Production, which today consists of approx. 130 dedicated employees with responsibility for tablet production  In OFP BULK Production  we focus on production for the market, ramp-up and optimization of our processes in close collaboration with our stakeholders.

 

The job

Our tablet production is facing a major expansion and for that reason we have a high focus on existing and future cleaning equipment and cleaning processes incl. validation. New equipment is on its way to the factory, and therefore we need another dedicated cleaning professional for our cleaning support group.

In your position you will play a crucial role in the department since cleaning processes and validation is vital for securing safe and high quality products for our patients.

 

You will have a support function in the production in close collaboration with the operators performing cleaning activities. You will, together with your colleagues, be responsible for the procedures for cleaning of production equipment used in the tablet production. You will set up and continuously improve cleaning processes including cleaning verification or validation. You will also provide hands on technical support in the development and implementation of a successful cleaning validation, meeting external requirements and overall Novo Nordisk A/S procedures for products manufactured within the GMP manufacturing facility.

 

Furthermore you will:

  • Perform continuous cleaning monitoring during operation
  • Prepare change cases to improve our cleaning processes
  • Participate in systematic problem solving and handle deviations

 

All in all, you will have a cross functional role with a wide array of versatile tasks with high importance for the department.

 

Qualifications

You have a relevant master's or bachelor's degree such as pharmacist, engineer or similar and preferably some years of experience in production within the pharmaceutical industry or similar. You have experience with GMP, pharmaceutical processes and preferably cleaning processes or validation.

 

Most importantly, you as a person are known for being proactive and energetic. You strive to maintain a high-quality standard, just as you strive to deliver by the deadline. You have a structured approach to your tasks and can maintain an overview even if the priorities change. Since you will have a large interface with many colleagues across the organization, it is important that you have good collaboration skills and that you can communicate clearly and accurately. We expect you to be able to communicate in Danish and English on a professional level, in writing as well as orally.
