The Position

As a Senior Environmental and Cleaning Professional, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and environmental standards of our production facilities in Emerging Technologies. 

 

In this role, you will be involved in the implementation of new equipment across facilities and play a central role in assessing potential new initiatives. We participate in project activities related to cleaning and environmental initiatives, while supporting function to all our oral productions worldwide.

 

The main tasks will be to: 
•    Function as Area Process Manager for Manage Contamination Control & Manage GxP Facilities.
•    Set the direction for facility cleaning, gowning and the environment in our oral productions globally, while taking care of planning and execution of cleaning activities on process equipment during clinical productions.
•    Design Cleaning processes when implementing new equipment, maintain the classification of our new facilities, manage procedures, and implement improvements.
•    Ensure equipment cleaning is compliant with authorities.
•    Contribute to data handling and analysis, including deviations and trend reports. 

 

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you should have:
•    A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, pharmaceutical process engineering, or similar.
•    Knowledge or solid experience within the field and preferably experience within process groups ownership. 
•    Solid scientific background and familiarity with LEAN methods, which is considered a plus.
•    Knowledge of GMP and experience with documenting in compliance with rules and guidelines, which is considered a plus.
•    Fluency in English and Danish. 

 

On a personal level, you have an analytical approach in terms of tasks, being thorough and figuring out the best solution. Good communication skills enable you to have a strong cooperation with stakeholders across the organization.

About the department

As a part of the Clinical Operations in Oral Product Development, Emerging Technologies, we are responsible for tablets for clinical phase III studies and preparing new oral processes from development to marked productions. Our department consists of five teams: two operational teams, a process support team, a review and PAS-X team and an equipment/cleaning and Environmental Monitoring (EM) team.
