The position:

As our new intern, you will join a team of 12 highly motivated and skilled colleagues in External Innovation Contracts in Global Business Development.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Building and optimizing tools to enhance process optimization and digitalization for example via PowerApps.
  • Generating content and support on communication tasks, such as PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, update SharePoint site etc.
  • Assisting the team across different strategic projects and assignments.
  • Assisting with data gathering and analysis.
  • Providing support during workshops, offsites and across various projects.
  • Potential opportunity to lead your own initiatives.
  • Addressing ad hoc tasks as required.

 

Practicalities:

  • Internship period: 6-12 months
  • Working hours: Full time. Physical presence mainly on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Flexibility during exam periods, if relevant.
  • Start date: June 2025 or soonest possible thereafter
  • Location: Måløv, Denmark.
  • Full time Danish work permit is required.

 

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, we anticipate that you:

  • Currently are pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. 
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in PowerPoint, Excel, and Power Apps.
  • Capable of working autonomously, leading processes, and participating effectively within the team.
  • Possess strong communication skills and fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Preferable has prior experience or coursework in data analysis or digital tools.
  • Display a proactive, reliable, and optimistic approach, and function well in a dynamic and informal environment.

 

About the department

External Innovation Contracts is part of Global Business Development. Our team is responsible for drafting and negotiating R&D agreements to enable Novo Nordisk's access to external innovation, data and KOLs.​ We also ensure alignment and compliance with current NN positions and policies on data privacy/GDPR, business and bioethics. We offer an exciting position where you can assist our team to drive innovation, support the portfolio and external collaborations in Research and Early Development (R&ED), Development and Global Business Development.

You will be part of a well-functioning and high-performing team of 12 dedicated colleagues, where knowledge sharing, collaboration, and helpfulness are part of our everyday team life, and where we all make sure that it is fun to go to work. We are based in Måløv, Denmark, but you will also be working from our sites in Bagsværd (HQ) and Søborg from time to time.
